Enquiry

The first thing to do is to give us a call. We can chat through your ideas with you, what you would like to do on holiday, where you might like to go and more importantly what will suit your family at their age. We can then make some suggestions as to what will work and what wont.

Itinerary Development

Once we have the basic ideas we can then put together itineraries for you for you to mull over. Please don’t worry about asking plenty of questions at this stage or changing ideas – that is what we are here for. Once we have the basic outline of a trip you are happy with you can then tweek it to work perfectly by adding days here or changing hotels there. Please remember all our holidays are tailormade so we can change any part of them for you.

Provisional Booking

Once we have a good idea of what you would like to do we then contact the hotels to check on the availability. We can hold rooms for up to a week and flights for normally 3 days whilst we finalise the details of your itinerary with you.

During busy periods, it may be necessary for us to hold a provisional option at the same time as organising a quote – there is no sense in proposing a holiday that isn’t available! In this case, we will let you know we are doing so and there is no commitment on you.

Confirmation

To enable us to confirm the booking, we would need to receive a completed booking form and deposit of 20% of the ground arrangements plus that required from the airline, after which we will issue a confirmation receipt. Bookings are not confirmed until we have written confirmation back from the hotels. If we have booked your flights we will also send you the details you will need for any visas and useful information on the countries you are visiting.

Balance of Payment

At least 8weeks prior to departure, the balance will be due as per the confirmation invoice.

Documentation

Approximately 14 days prior to departure your flight tickets and accommodation and transfer vouchers will be sent out to you.
