Beautiful beaches, incredible history and some real adventure can be found in the Middle East

Family holidays to the Middle East

We are always asked for winter sun which isn't too far for families to get to – and the answer is Oman and Dubai.  Good simple direct flights and little jet lag make the Middle East an idea option for families who don’t want to travel too far but don’t quite trust the weather in Europe in March, April and May.  Dubai and Oman offer something completely different to each other.  Dubai has some of the best indoor shopping centers (complete with ski slopes!!), fantastic water parks and dazzling new hotels as well s great restaurants and beaches all within minutes of each other.  If the glitz of Dubai is a bit too much for you then the calm and cultural Oman may be more your thing.  Here old Arabia is still very much in evidence and back up by some wonderful top class hotels.  Desert adventures, wadi bashing, sight seeing, diving, deep sea fishing – they have it all.

Easy to get to and so much to do. Dubai is ideal for winter sun. Think Vegas in the Middle East.
